A few reminders for the meeting:
- Please have all auction items bagged up prior to the meeting. Fish should be bagged in aquarium bags. Plants can be bagged in ziploc bags or containers without water.
- If you arrive after the meeting has begun, please wait to bring auction items to the table until after the presentation portion of the meeting has concluded.
- HAP and BAP online forms and information can be found on the home page of the website. Please fill forms out prior to the meeting.
